aim of the Les Trois Palmes' support staff
is to help ensure you have a pleasant and troublefree
stay. They are always on hand should you experience
any problem. And for them, your holiday begins when
you step off the plane or train.
Included in the rental price is a full package of services. You will receive
the keys and a tour of the house, with guidance on the use of equipment and
safety and security issues.
The Les
Trois Palmes DVD should already by in
the player ready for you to view at your leisure.
This provides tips about the house, a brief history
of the town, some suggestions for eating out
and nearby restaurant recommendations, information
of bars and nightlife, museums and other places
to visit closeby, where to go further afield
and how to get there, and more. (You can also
take it home at the end of your stay as a souvenir!)

With the studio, Les Trois Palmes will
comfortably accomodate three couples or two
families, especially as there are two full
kitchens in the main part of the house and
a kitchenette in the studio. Similarly, the
bathrooms are ideally located to allow various
couples or families to have their 'own' areas
while sharing other parts of the house.

A
welcome pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, wine, jam
and other consumables will be waiting for you. Clean
linen, towels, tea towels and pool towels (with no
laundry charges) will be provided each week.
We
can also arrange for you to be met at the airport
or train station if desired and taken to Les Trois
Palmes.
You
will receive a courtesy visit after a few days to
check that everything is okay and you are fully satisfied.
You can also contact our suport staff at any time
and they will do their best to help in the event
of lost keys, illness, car breakdown or any other
problem.
Our support staff would also be pleased to provide additional services, such
as babysitting and chauffeur services at a very reasonable charge.
We request a deposit of 20% of the rental to secure
your booking. The balance of the rental will be due
no later than two months prior to the commencement
date of the rental.
Our preferred method of payment is an electronic
transfer to our bank account.
Payments should be in euros.
